Three things any business should not be doing right now:
1) Panicking
2) Cancelling all investments
3) Being inflexible
Three things they should be doing:
1) Helping
2) Innovating
3) Getting ready for the recovery
While these are difficult times for everyone, I think more of us should be thinking, talking and innovating around the positive change that could come out of a situation like this, personally, professionally and socially.
Yes, I know it's hard to focus on that right now. Which is exactly why it's so important.
