So, the whole homeworking/back to the office thing.
Maybe we're looking at the wrong problem.
What if the real issue isn't that people don't want to go back to the office, it's that they don't want to do the commute?
How can businesses get people together on a regular basis without making them travel for an hour?
Some ideas which may or may not be any good:
Regular in-person offsite team meetings at a more convenient co-working location
Relocating offices nearer to where most people actually live
Location-specific recruitment i.e. area of city, not just city.
I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas on this.
