There are things you can't change: Government regulations, customers or suppliers going bust, Brexit.
And things you can: Poor employee performance, a toxic organizational culture, falling sales.
It's ironic that the former seems to bring out a proactive "can do" attitude to succeeding anyway, whereas the latter is what we sit around complaining about...
