The executives who complain to me that they have never have enough time are usually those who are either a) terrible at delegating, or b) constantly checking apps, feeds and messages on their mobile phones.
Delegating is simple:
1) Define what needs to be done.
2) Decide who you want to do it and explain to them WHY it's important.
3) Tell them HOW you want it done, if you have a preference.
4) Let them get on with it.
The phone issue is even easier to solve:
Turn it off and focus on what you’re being paid for.
