Speed should be seamless.
Electric vehicles don't have gears. Smooth, seamless acceleration and braking is the new normal.
At work, too many of us think we need to wait until a specific milestone is reached before we can "change gears" and enter a new phase of change or growth.
I've found that in reality, massive and relentless action, or rapid elimination of a specific activity, gives you an edge over people who are still fighting with the gear lever.
